Amalaki

Amalaki, also called Indian gooseberry or Amla fruit.  Amalaki contains anti-oxidants and a remarkably high proportion of Vitamin C. The balancing effect on all three doshas makes Amalaki extremely valuable.

Ashwagandha

Ashwagandha or winter cherry is one of the most commonly used herbs in Ayurveda. Theis plant, which has a yellow flower and carries red berry-like fruits, has long been known for its nourishing qualities. It promotes rest and clarity of mind, and pacifies Vata.

Brahmi

Tulsi
