MISHRA BROTHERS

Pandits Rajan and Sajan Mishra are among the most popular and excellent vocalists in India. For their achievements in music the Indian Prime Minister honoured both these great artists with the rare Sanskrit Award in 1979. The brothers are descended from a 400 year-old family tradition of great musicians in Varanasi (Benares).
