MASSAGE
One of the most enjoyable things you can do for your body and for your health is to have a full-body oil massage in the morning before your bath or shower. An oil massage has a soothing effect on the nervous system (Vata), strengthens the circulation, and helps to remove toxins from the body.
The Ayurvedic texts explain that the use of oil massage brings about a soft, flexible, strong and attractive body. It is extremely beneficial for the skin and should therefore be done regularly. Try it for yourself! Here you find

MASSAGE OIL
A rich selection of Ayurvedic herbs are used to make these sumptuous massage oils. Traditional procedures ensure that the important ingredients are extracted gently. Vata for normal to dry skin and for combination skin, Pitta for sensitive skin, and Kapha for oily skin. The royal Maharani- and Maharaja Massage Oil for ladies’ and men’s skin over 40.
HAIR OIL
Before washing the hair, Ayurveda recommends applying oil to the hair and scalp. In the classical texts it says that regular oil massage of the hair improves blood circulation in the scalp, strengthens the roots of the hair, and tends the hair itself. Vata for normal to dry, rough or brittle hair; Pitta for thin and reddish hair; Kapha for thick and oily hair.
MISCELLANEOUS MASSAGE PRODUCTS
Daily massage of scalp and hair is a special recommendation of Ayurveda. It improves blood circulation and thereby strengthens the roots of the hair.
