The main ingredient of this product, tulsi (Ocimum santum, holy basil), has hot and spicy characteristics according to Ayurveda. This means it reduces Vata and Kapha, loosens mucus and therefore strengthens the respiratory tract. Tulsi is supported by other herbs and bamboo manna, whose beneficial effects on the respiratory tract have likewise long since been known in Ayurveda (see Note).
Contains other valuable ingredients from nature such as liquorice, long pepper, cardamom, cinnamon and ginger.
Dose for adults: 1 tablet 2 x per day with warm water.
