Fitness sports drink

Ingredients

  • 1 bag ‘Fitness Exclusive’ Maharishi Ayurveda Tea
  • 350 ml boiling water
  • 150 ml white grape juice
  • A pinch of salt

Fitness sports drink

Pour the boiling water over the tea bag and leave to brew for ten minutes until it is cool. Stir the tea, grape juice and salt together.

Enjoy before, during or after exercise or sport (tepid is best). Grape juice has a lot of glucose (dextrose) and quickly restores energy. For a nice touch serve the drink with a fresh sprig of mint.
