
Vaikunthanans Mango Lassi Supreme
A light, cooling ayurvedic delight – refreshing, balancing, and simply good for you.
Ingredients (serves 4):
Preparation
- Peel the mango, cut the flesh from the stone and place in a blender.
- Grind the spices in a mortar or electric coffee grinder.
- Add the yogurt, water, spices and rose water with the sugar and blend at medium speed.
- Pour into glasses, garnish with a mint leaf and ground pistachio kernels.
