Quick vegetable stir-fry
Preparation time: 30 minutes
Wash the rice. Heat 1 tablespoon ghee in a pan and fry the rice until it is translucent. Add a little salt and the water. Simmer for about 15 minutes until the rice has absorbed the liquid. Clean, peel and grate the carrot and zucchini. Wash the cabbage and cut into thin strips. Heat 4 tablespoons ghee in a pan and briefly fry the Kapha Churna in it. Then add the vegetables and cashews and cook the whole thing for about 10 minutes. Finally stir the rice into the vegetables, and season with salt.

- 200 g basmati rice
- 5 tablespoons ghee
- a little salt
- 1/2 litre water
- 1 large carrot
- 1 small zucchini
- 1/4 small white cabbage
- 1/2 or 1 tsp Kapha Churna
- some cashew nuts
