What are the payment options?

The following methods of payment are offered:

  • using PayPal
  • by credit card
  • via standard EU bank transfer

Please choose your preferred payment option when placing your order and provide your banking details or credit card number as appropiate.

How long does delivery take?

Once we receive your order and payment (in case of prepayment), we will send you your items using your preferred delivery method. Assuming all items are in stock, you will receive your delivery as soon as possible, depending on the country of destination. On request, our customer service will inform you about the expected delivery time.

What happens to my data?

The data is only saved for the purpose of processing your order. It will not be passed on to third parties.

What happens if an item is not in stock?

We will inform you accordingly by e-mail or phone.

Despite placing my order by credit card or PayPal I have still not received my delivery. Why is this?

If the online payment system page is closed immediately after initiating the payment it may happen that the data has not been transmitted fully. We then do not receive the payment and the order cannot be dispatched. Please check that your account has actually been charged. In this case, please contact our Order Processing Department.

Why can I not place orders from certain countries?

Each country has its own specific legal regulations for the delivery of foodstuffs and related product groups. There is therefore a separate distributor for Maharishi Ayurveda products in most countries, from where deliveries are processed in accordance with national regulations. Simply click the respective flag located to the bottom right of each page to find the major distributors in the different countries.
