The classical Ayurvedic texts understand that during the menopause the changes taking place in the metabolism are mainly due to an increase in Vata and a decrease in Pitta.
Golden Transition is a high-quality rasayana that ensures the provision of substances needed for safeguarding one's inner balance during this phase of life (see Note). The food supplement consists of the two products Golden Transition I and II, which complement each other and are therefore recommended to be taken together.

Directions
Dose for adults:
1 tablet 2 times a day about 1/2 hour before meals with warm water.
Important: Combine Golden Transition I / MA 938 with Transition II / MA 939 !
Note:
Don´t use during pregnancy or breast-feeding!
Don´t use for children under 12 years!

Emblica officinalis (amalaki) 336mg, grape 336 mg, Bergenia ligulata 113 mg, Holarrhena antidysenterica 113 mg, Pterocarpus marsupium 113 mg, Cassia angustifolia 113 mg, Hemidesmus indicus 113 mg, Terminalia arjuna 113 mg, Chaerophyllum reflexum 113 mg, Piper nigrum (black pepper) 113 mg, Zingiber officinale (ginger) 113 mg. Aqueous extract from: Symplocos racemosa 78 mg, Mimosa (pudicasensitive plant) 67 mg, Glycyrrhiza glabra (liquorice) 55 mg, Cyperus rotundus 23 mg. Thickener acacia gum. Coating Carboxymethylcellulose. Starch rice.
