The classical Ayurvedic texts understand that during the menopause the changes taking place in the metabolism are mainly due to an increase in Vata and a decrease in Pitta. This food supplement is said to ensure the provision of substances needed for safeguarding one's inner balance during menopause (see Note). Golden Transition I and II are recommended to be taken together as they complement and strengthen each other.
Directions
Dose for adults: 1 tablet twice a day about 1/2 hour before meals with warm water.
IMPORTANT: Combine "Golden Transition II" with "Golden Transition I".

Ingredients
The recommended daily dose (2 tablets) contains the following ingredients:
Emblica officinalis (amalaki) 208 mg, Commiphora myrrha (myrrh 208 mg, Mangifera indica (mango) 104 mg, Salmalia malabarica 104 mg, Aegle marmelos 46 mg. Aqueous extract from: Cissampelos pareira 38 mg, Eugenia jambolana 22 mg, Glycyrrhiza glabra (liquorice) 16 mg. Thickener acacia gum. Coating Carboxymethylcellulose. Starch rice.
