Guduchi (Tinospora cordifolia), a tropical climbing plant with heart-shaped leaves, is used in Ayurveda in various ways. Guduchi is also called Amrita – the Immortal.
This “Amrita” property brings the plant back to life over and over again, even after having lost all of its leaves due to heat and drought, as soon as conditions have improved.
The classic Ayurvedic texts describe a number of positive properties of this very special plant.

Dose for adults: 1 tablet twice a day 10-15 min. after meals with warm water.
