Kutajarishta Food Supplement, Ayurvedic herbal preparation
Kutajarishta is one of the many ayurvedic fermented or probiotic liquids that contain a very small amount of self-generated alcohol together with a combination of supporting and balancing herbs, such as “Kutaj” (Holarrhena antidysenterica – Kurchi bitter oleander), Woodfordia fruticosa (“fire-flame bush” ) and Madhuca indica, the “Indian butter tree”.
Directions
Dose for adults: 15 ml to 30 ml with equal amount of water (see measuring cup), twice a day. 6 % vol. alcohol.

Aqua (water) 18,4/36,8 ml. Vitis vinifera (grape) 4101/8202 mg. Cane sugar (Jaggery) 3000/6000 mg. Alcohol 1,8/3,6 ml. Tellicherry bark 1092/2184 mg, Woodfordia fruticosa 765/1530 mg, Madhuca indica 657/1314 mg, Gmelina arborea 164/329 mg.
