Directions
Dose for adults:1 tablet twice a day with warm water.

Ocimum sanctum (tulsi) 468 mg, Curcuma longa (turmeric) 468 mg, Zingiber officinale (ginger) 185 mg, Glycyrrhiza glabra (liquorice) 185 mg, Cinnamomum zeylanicum (Ceylon cinnamon) 92 mg, Emblica officinalis (amalaki) 92 mg, Terminalia chebula (haritaki) 92 mg, Terminalia belerica 92 mg, Carum copticum (ajowan) 92 mg. Creta gallica 46 mg, Ayurvedic elemental iron 34 mg. Thickener acacia gum. Starch of cornflour (glutenfree). Coating Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose. Lubricant talcum.
