Directions
Dose for adults:
1 tablet a day 1/2 hour before meals with warm water. With 1 tablets a day, the daily dose contains 22 mg iron (157% of Nutrient Reference Value).

Balsamodendron mukul (guggul) 164 mg, natural gypsum 41 mg, Cassia fistula 41 mg, ayurvedic elemental iron 22 mg, Terminalia chebula (haritaki) 20 mg, Emblica officinalis (amalaki) 20 mg, Terminalia belerica (bibhitaki) 20 mg. Aqueous extract from: Terminalia chebula (haritaki) 12 mg, Terminalia belerica (bibhi-taki) 12 mg, Emblica officinalis (amalaki) 10 mg. Glycyrrhiza glabra (liquorice) 10 mg, Piper longum (pippali) 10 mg, Zingiber officinale (ginger) 10 mg, Tribulus terrestris 10 mg, Butea monosperma 10 mg. Starch of cornflour (glutenfree), Starch corn (organic glutenfree), Starch rice, Thickener acacia gum. Aqueous extract from: Eclipta alba (trailing eclipta) 4 mg, Oroxylum indicum 4 mg, Solanum xanthocarpum 4 mg, Gmelina arborea 3 mg, Tribulus terrestris 3 mg, Uraria picta 3 mg, Tinospora cordifolia (guduchi) 2 mg, Swertia chirata 2 mg, Clerodendrum phlomidis 2 mg, Curcuma longa (turmeric) 2 mg, Solanum indicum 2 mg, Stereospermum suaveolens 1 mg, Desmodium gangeticum 1 mg, Aegle marmelos 1 mg.
