Pippali is considered as one of the most important plants.
It increases Agni – the fire of digestion.
Its taste is sharp, bitter and sweet. Pippali reduces the Vata and Kapha dosha and increases the Pitta dosha.
Dose for adults: 1 capsule 2 times a day with warm water.
