Dose for adults: 2 tabletten twice a day on empty stomach. With 4 tablets a day, the daily dose contains 34 mg iron (243% of the reference intake).
Iron contributes to normal energy metabolism and formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin, as well as to the normal functioning of the immune system. Iron has a role in the process of cell division.
