This unique, highly concentrated food supplement based on a classic formula contains the legendary amla fruit and involves 21 complex production steps. Precious amla powder is refined and ground with amla fruit juice. This plant, which is highly valued in Ayurveda, is rich in Vitamin C and according to Ayurveda promotes the absorption of calcium. It is also known in Ayurveda for its muscle-building properties (see Note).

Directions
Dose for adults:
2-4 tablets 2 x per day with warm milk or warm water.
