Like Prana Rasayana, the main component of this product is tulsi (holy basil) and, according to Ayurveda, therefore has hot and spicy properties enabling it to reduce Vata and Kapha, loosen mucus and thus strengthen the respiratory tract. Hyssop (Hyssopus officinalis) and Pistacia integerrhima, which have always been known in Ayurveda for strengthening the respiratory tract, are likewise ingredients of this wonderful original recipe in addition to other herbs (see Note).

Directions
Dose for adults: 1 tablet 2 x per day with warm water.

Ocimum sanctum (tulsi) 584 mg, Hyssopus officinalis (hyssop) 390 mg, Pistacia integerrima 374 mg, Glycyrrhiza glabra (liquorice) 194 mg, Inula racemosa
194 mg, Clerodendrum serratum 98 mg. Starch rice. Piper longum (pippali) 29 mg, Alpinia galanga 29 mg, Piper nigrum (black pepper) 29 mg. Coating Carboxymethyl-cellulose, Starch corn (organic glutenfree).
