Terms and Conditions for the "Share-the-Health" Sweepstakes

General Terms of Participation

The "Share-the-Health" Sweepstakes is open to all interested parties and is free of charge. Until the deadline of December 31, 2023, there is the opportunity to nominate individuals for a complimentary Ayurvedic consultation. Nominations can be submitted by filling out an online form on the website or through the social media channels of Maharishi Ayurveda Europe. It is noted that nominations received after the stated date will not be considered for the draw.

Data Protection and Use of Data

The personal data collected from nominated individuals will be used exclusively for contact in the event of a win. It is assured that these data will be treated confidentially, not used for other purposes, and not disclosed to third parties. Only one nomination per participant will be considered in the sweepstakes. The data of the nominated individuals will be retained until the announcement of the winners and the conclusion of the sweepstakes, after which it will be deleted. Nominated individuals may request information about their stored data and request its deletion. By participating, it is confirmed that the transfer of the personal data of the nominated individual is permissible and that the nominated individual has been informed about the nomination and their rights according to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Eligibility to Participate

All natural persons are eligible to participate. Participation is neither dependent on a customer relationship with Maharishi Ayurveda Europe B.V. nor linked to the purchase of products or services. Excluded from participation are individuals involved in the conception and implementation of the sweepstakes, as well as employees of Maharishi Ayurveda Europe and their relatives.

Draw and Prize

Winners will be determined weekly by a random procedure and notified via email about their win. Cash payment or exchange of the price is excluded.

Consent for the Use of Data in the Event of a Win

In the event of a win, consent is given for the name, place of residence, and possibly photos of the winner to be published for advertising purposes on the website and social media of the organiser. This consent can be revoked at any time by sending written communication to the contact details provided in the imprint of Maharishi Ayurveda Europe B.V. Upon revocation, the relevant personal data will be deleted immediately.
