Kanchanara is the name of a beautiful tree to which Ayurvedic literature attributes impressive and soothing characteristics for women. Combined with a number of additional fine herbs and the fragrant resin of the Mukul myrrh tree, Kanchanara Guggulu is produced in many traditional individual steps.
The Indian name Guggulu means “which protects agains disease.” Ayurveda appreciates the Guggul resin with its bitter, sharp, sweet and astringent taste that balances all doshas. A very popular ayurvedic formulation for women.

Directions
Dose for adults:
1-2 capsules 3 times a day with warm water.
