Food Supplement Ayurvedic herbal preparation
A Vata-reducing Ayurvedic herbal combination for night-time. It is recommended in conjunction with Nidra Aroma Oil, Good Night tea and a gentle evening massage of the soles of the feet with Vata massage oil.
Directions
Dose for adults:2 tablets at bedtime with milk and rock sugar or with warm water.

Piper longum 351 mg, Withania somnifera (ashwagandha) 351 mg, Tinospora cordifolia (guduchi) 88 mg, Convolvulus pluricaulis 88 mg, Nardostachys jatamansi 88 mg. Thickener acacia gum. Starch rice.
