Directions
Dose for adults: 1 tablet twice daily with warm milk or warm water 1/2 hour before meals. With 2 tablets a day, the daily dose contains 32 mg iron (229% of Nutrient Reference Value).
Iron contributes to normal cognitive function, to normal energy metabolism, normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin, normal oxygen transport in the body and the normal function of the immune system. It helps reduce tiredness and fatigue. Iron has a role in the process of cell division.
Note: Not recommended during pregnancy!

Rock salt 20 mg. Starch of corn-flour (glutenfree). Thickener acacia gum.
