Directions
Place one tea bag in a cup and add ¼ litre boiling water. Steep at least 5 minutes. Add sugar to taste if desired. Maximum four cups a day.

Liquorice, spearmint, peppermint, arjuna myrobalan, winter cherry, cinnamon, cardamom, marsh mallow, ceylon cardamom, black pepper, long pepper, Indian pennywort, fennel, cloves, thyme leaved gratiola, java galangal, country mallow.
