Triphala is one of the most popular Ayurvedic formulations, consisting of a combination of three fruits: Amalaki, Bibhitaki and Haritaki.
Triphala is combined with the fragrant resin of the Indian myrrh (Guggul) and Pippali, producing Triphala Guggulu. This formulation is an even stronger and more potent version of Triphala. It contains all six different flavours.
Triphala Guggulu reduces and warms Kapha and slightly increases Pitta.
