The mint does it!
Summer time is Pitta time. Pitta governs the digestion and body temperature and, being influenced by the fire element, is directly related to warmth, heat and sun. On hot days and as summer progresses, the influence of Pitta increases in the body. To enable you to stay cool even in hot situations, we have mixed a drink for you that cools from the inside when it is warm outside. Try it out.
